International Shipping

Orders are processed during regular working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns or public holidays, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Delivery Attempts

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or unpaid customs charges, any applicable shipping, return or customs charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund will be processed only after the package has been returned to us and inspected by our team.
