📦 Return Policy
✅ Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging
- Free from signs of wear, stains, or damage
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
📍 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping.
- Size, Color, or Style Changes / Change of Mind: Customer covers the return shipping.
- International Orders: Return shipping fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer one-time exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Size or color changes (subject to availability)
Exchange Terms:
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Same condition rules as returns apply (unused, tags intact).
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping for size/color changes.
- La Reinna covers shipping if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- The new item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the original.
💳 Refund Policy
📅 Refund Eligibility:
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
🔁 Refund Scenarios:
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Size / Change of Mind: Refund issued minus return shipping cost once the item is received and approved.
💸 Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit.

🇦🇪 UAE
- Return shipping available via our logistics partner.
- COD refunds via store credit.
🌟 GCC (Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
- Returns accepted via courier to our GCC return facility.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- COD refunds issued as store credit.
🌎 International Orders
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers must arrange their own return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Customs duties are non-refundable.
📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange

- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
