At La Reinna, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds that are fair, clear, and customer-first.


📦 Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition with tags and packaging
    • Free from signs of wear, stains, or damage
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

📍 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping.
  • Size, Color, or Style Changes / Change of Mind: Customer covers the return shipping.
  • International Orders: Return shipping fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Size or color changes (subject to availability)

Exchange Terms:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Same condition rules as returns apply (unused, tags intact).
  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping for size/color changes.
  • La Reinna covers shipping if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • The new item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the original.

💳 Refund Policy

📅 Refund Eligibility:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

🔁 Refund Scenarios:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Size / Change of Mind: Refund issued minus return shipping cost once the item is received and approved.

💸 Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit.

🌍 Region-Specific Return Information

🇦🇪 UAE

  • Return shipping available via our logistics partner.
  • COD refunds via store credit.

🌟 GCC (Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

  • Returns accepted via courier to our GCC return facility.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • COD refunds issued as store credit.

🌎 International Orders

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • Customs duties are non-refundable.

📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@lareinna.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Send the item back using the instructions provided.
  4. You’ll receive updates via email throughout the return process.
